Update 11.7.0 summary

THE FINALS Update 11.7.0 adds a glitch effect to Shockwave and ships several stability and performance fixes. It contains no weapon, gadget, or numeric balance changes this week.

At publication: Shockwave now briefly glitches enemies it hits, giving Mediums a new answer to Cloaking Device, Mesh Shield, and Evasive Dash. Worth testing as a support pick even though there are no numeric changes to verify yet.

WHY IT MATTERSShockwave gains a skill-based counter to Cloaking Device, Mesh Shield, and Evasive Dash. Try it as a Medium specialization pick and see how the glitch stun changes your engagements.

Shockwave will now apply a two second long glitch effect to enemy players it hits. The glitch effect does not impact friendly players, the user, or deployables.

Stability and Performance

Multiple crash and performance fixes shipped

WHY IT MATTERSIf you were crashing on PS5, hitting the repeated save dialog, or removing inpoutx64.sys as a workaround, those issues should be resolved. AMD FSR3 users should see restored performance.

Exact patch note

Fixed a number of crashes introduced with the upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.7. Fixed an occasional crash that could occur on PS5. Fixed an issue on PS5 where the save dialog would repeatedly require user input on the first boot of the game. Removed the need for uninstalling inpoutx64.sys to play the game, as the crash it previously caused has been fixed. Fixed a performance degradation issue that could occur when running AMD FSR3.
