The October 21 Season 12 hotfix fixes console loading crashes, loadout swaps after elimination, Guardian Turret detection, early Grappling Hook activation and two cosmetic issues. It announces no numerical weapon balance changes.
At publication: Published fixes are live. HUD glow controls, shotgun pellet hitmarker improvements, ultrawide support restoration and Daily/Weekly Contract completion in bot matches are still being worked on; no release date is given.

Loadout swaps after elimination restored in affected modes

A bug prevented eliminated players from changing loadouts in some modes; the hotfix addresses it.
Target detection corrected

Early cooldown activation fixed

Fish-tail sight obstruction removed

The Murky Business skin fish tail no longer blocks the view with certain M60 weapon sights.
Missing sticker added
WHY IT MATTERSA missing cosmetic is restored; this is not a balance change.
The set now includes its previously missing sticker.
